Cada viernes, de 18:30 a 20:30 nos reunimos en Jardín de Hara para celebrar la vida a traves del Kirtan, una practica ancestral de canto devocional que abre el corazon y conecta con la alegria interior.

El encuentro esta guiado por Śrīvatsa Govinda Dās, armonista y musico polifacetico de la India, acompañado por numerosos kirtaniyas y artistas invitados que aportan su energia y talento.
Nuestro Kirtan conserva su esencia tradicional, creando un espacio donde personas de distintas creencias y caminos espirituales se unen en una misma vibracion: el canto compartido.
Entrada libre y dakshina sugerida
La entrada es libre – el evento se sostiene gracias a donativos voluntarios.
Se sugiere una aportacion minima de 5 € por persona como muestra de apoyo a esta practica espiritual compartida.

Every Friday, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, we gather at Jardín de Hara to celebrate life through Kirtan, an ancient practice of devotional singing that opens the heart and connects us with inner joy.
Guided by Śrīvatsa Govinda Dās and the Kirtaniyas of Jardín de Hara
The gathering is guided by Śrīvatsa Govinda Dās, a harmonium player and versatile musician from India, accompanied by numerous kirtaniyas and guest artists who bring their energy and talent.
Our Kirtan preserves its traditional essence, creating a space where people from different beliefs and spiritual paths unite in a single vibration: the shared chant.
Free entry and suggested dakshina
Free entry – the event is supported through voluntary donations.
A suggested minimum contribution of €5 per person helps sustain this activity and keep the flame of Kirtan alive in Barcelona.

️ Proximo Kirtan – Viernes 5 de Septiembre en Jardin de Hara
Este encuentro tan especial se celebra con motivo de Vamana Jayanti, el nacimiento del 5º Avatar de Vishnu, y de Onam, la fiesta mas importante de Kerala.
Vamana, el enano divino, aparecio para restaurar el equilibrio del universo frente al rey Mahabali. Con tres pasos cubrio el cielo y la tierra, y con el tercero bendijo a Mahabali, permitiendole volver cada ano a visitar a su pueblo.
Onam conmemora precisamente ese regreso lleno de amor y abundancia. Por eso, Vamana Jayanti y Onam estan unidos: uno celebra la encarnacion de Vishnu y el otro la gracia concedida a Mahabali. Juntos nos invitan a recordar que la verdadera grandeza esta en la humildad y en el servicio.

️ Next Kirtan – Friday, September 5 at Jardin de Hara
This special gathering celebrates Vamana Jayanti, the birth of the 5th Avatar of Vishnu, and Onam, the most important festival in Kerala.
Vamana, the divine dwarf, appeared to restore balance in the universe before King Mahabali. With three steps he covered the sky and the earth, and with the third he blessed Mahabali, allowing him to return each year to visit his people.
Onam commemorates this return full of love and abundance. That is why Vamana Jayanti and Onam are united: one celebrates Vishnu’s incarnation and the other the grace granted to Mahabali. Together they remind us that true greatness lies in humility and service.
Guided by Shreevats Iyer and the Kirtaniyas of Jardin de Hara
The Kirtan will be guided by Shreevats Iyer along with the kirtaniyas of Jardin de Hara, creating a space to sing together, share mantras, and immerse in devotional music.
